Well, once you have an UTI, there's not much you can do. Antibiotics (usually a 3-5 day treatment with Septra), and drinking lots more water than you normally do are the only things that can really help you get over it faster.
Sea Salts in your bath will help to relax you, and thus help with the pain, however.
Cranberries, blueberries, and cat's claw (the plant, not the kitty) taken regularly can help to prevent UTIs. The best thing,however, is to drink enough water everyday to help keep your kidneys, bladder, etc. flushed out and healthy.
