We use pay-pal many times a month--
Yes, we had to set up an account...BUT...we NEVER give them
any kind of bank account numbers for verificaion....no one gets that..
Our visa card is handeled by one bank, and our checking/saving by another,
so it is not needed...
Set it up---I bet you will use it again soon..send an email to the seller
and tell him you are having a little problem getting setup, or you will
lose your purchase...you can also get a money order and send it.
