MageB. there is a difference because when the soft skin of the head of your penis suffers from friction against your underwear (gee that sounds silly) it eventually gets less sensitive... the foreskin is protective.
I generally enjoy being circumcised because i find it cleaner, etc. I was having some problems that i didn't really enjoy, so i finally got it done (i remember my parents were bugging me to do it for years.. lol)
Anyway, though, i'm not really talking about the loss of sensitivity due to just circumcision, i'm thinking more like extra loss due to excess whacking
