How many GHZ on your Pentium 4?
It doesn't sound that bad but I don't really know anything about that brand. It's generally best to get well-known brands (like Dell) if you're not really into computers. Otherwise you end up getting screwed.
As far as printers, I usually don't pay attention to that all that much. I've had brother priners, hp (hewlett packard) printers, lexmark printers etc. They all do pretty much the same thing. It's more about the type of printer you get. Laser printers are good for printing lots of documents. Inkjet printers are kind of expensive ink-wise but they're cheaper, take up less space and they're fine if you want to print colored documents or don't use the printer that much.
