Of course, you are an omnivore. However, the body gets its best mix of aminos from meat sources (and dairy). These always contain a complete spectrum of aminos, and the proportions are better as well. This is not to say that soy is bad. But for instance, if your budget is tight, go for the best bang for the buck: whey.
