As much as rape is the second worst shitty thing you can do to a human, he did win the money fair and square. Unless he permanently injured someone physically they shouldn't sue just to strike back at him. I can't claim to know how rape feels but cashing in doesn't make you a better person or give you closure, it just makes you richer than you were before if you win. And his wife is a paper crusader.
