On a side note, the "arrow to the right" on a playlist allows you to publish this playlist on the iTunes Music Store.
The same arrow, when in the main window, takes you to the iTMS page for that artist/song/album/etc., if you want to purchase more by that artist.
Also, if you hold down Shift while clicking that arrow, it will filter your library to only show songs by that artist, or that album, etc.
The "up arrow" is an eject button; it works for your iPod or CDs.
