Yep, you know you have been in computer support too long when you start sentences with "I know this sounds like a really stupid question but..."
I've (seriously) had people ring up and end up finding their "dead" computer was not plugged into the monitor.
Don't worry Moose - I've accidentally hit that button before - didn't get as far as ringing support, though
