Hi,
I totally agree on the character models. No matter how technically good the graphics are, they look absolutely ugly. All the models have plasticy skin tones with puppet-like faces, overly shiny clothes, and metal that looks like it was just shined a minute ago. World of Warcraft, no matter how much worse the graphics engine may be, is aesthetically and artistically far superior.
