only a forum admin can change the default size in vB and I dunno if that's possible in vB2, as I've never admined a vB2 forum. if clicking it a million times to get your fave size annoys you then just count up how many clicks you do and change each book marklet to the # of clicks X 5. then you can click each one once and get your sizes.
