Lately I've gotten into the habit of writing all of my passwords down on a slip of paper I keep in my wallet. My walet NEVER leaves my person for more than a few minutes while I'm in the shower, and I don't make it well known that I keep my passwords in there. Usually I can remember them, but if I ever need it, its there.
