If he's to use the photos, he'll have to get a modelling release from her. Be sure to read the fine print. Pictures can be used way out of context.
But it has to feel quite sexy to a woman to have a photog do a shoot of her skin. And then to contemplate herself in the resulting photos. Have fun. But know that those shots may show up in strange ways years later. He'll OWN the rights to those pictures, and probably to use in any way he chooses.
