What a strange topic for me to choose for my first post here! My birthday is April 24th.. Now, I am not a huge clock watcher, mostly because I don't work and therefore don't need to check the time constantly, so this has really facinated me the past few years it's been happening.
DH gets home usually aroung 3:30 or so and we don't have any particular show that we normally watch that comes on before 6 p.m. or so, so I am not really tuned into the time until then. However, for a few years now, it will pop into my brain to check the time (whether I'm cooking, cleaning, reading, feeding the furry kids, etc.) and the time will be 4:24 (my B-day)! This means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things and DH just gives me a "so what" look when it happens and I point it out, but it seems kind of freaky to me as it happens so very often. My sister's B-day is the day before mine April 23rd. and I've caught that also (as 4:23) but not as often as my B-day date/time.
It has also happened to me quite often when the time is 7:11. I don't know if Seven Elevens are all across America, but they're a 24 hr. convienience store here in Michigan (the Circle K in Bill and Ted's reminded me of them). None of this is important, it's just strange to me that every one of my days is different and yet I seem to hit these times on the clock quite often. Anyone else experience this? Anyway, that's my thunks.
