This topic was sort of covered somewhere in one of these threads...
helping her is best done by doing nothing. Let her know you are available to listen, if she wants to talk, that you will support her, if she needs it. Just be a friend and be patient.
What I would stringly suggest is that she find a support group for rape victims, where should could be with other people who will understand what she's going thru, and what her emotions are.
