It's a tough situation...
I dated a guy for a while, and fell pretty hard for him... After a time, we decided to break up, but because we started as friends, we honestly felt there was no reason to not continue being friends... Until the late night phone calls when he wanted to talk to his buddy (me) about the new girls he was dating (which he always did before - -never bothered me before) but it was too hard to listen too. I finally had to say that I really couldn't be that kind of friend anymore... and he never quite understood why.
It's so hard to have loved someone, and to still love them, and try to be just friends with them when you've had so much more than that.
If it were me, I would want to take care of myself for a bit, and put some distance between me and my feelings.
She left you romantically, but now has you as a friend. She's got a darn good friend, one who loves her, but she's also dating other people, which is going to get painful for you to watch, and to hear about.
Time does heal all wounds, and in time, you may feel differently, but for now, maybe you want to take a break from her.
