I have a friend, who's a massage therapist, and has a very professional website that clients can use to set up appointments and get info about her services. It's all completely legit stuff. She has gotten a phone call from time to time, about what "extras" she offers and what she does for tips.

First time she was asked the question, she honestly had no clue as to what this person meant.

I am not fond of massages, I'm way too ticklish (it's embarassing), but the one or two I have had, the office is usually pretty clinical looking, the lights may be dimmed for relaxation, but it's still a table in a pretty stark office, not exactly something that would get your motor running.
