So close... and yet so far.
We’ve seen Paris Hilton going at it on internet-distributed fame. And then we had Abi Titmuss (or rather John Leslie and another woman had her) showing off her homespun charms.
But imagine what a froth the interweb would have gotten into if the stolen Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears alleged home sex vid had made it online.
The mind boggles – Timberpants caterwauling and shaking those hips while Britters pops a fresh zit and knocks back an (alcohol-free) Jack Daniel’s miniature.
Well, on second thoughts.
Reportedly nicked while they were still dating, the supposedly raunchy tape was swiped by thieves when their Florida home was burgled.
But luckily for them, police recovered the stolen items and returned it to the couple – and amazingly there are no reports of the cops ‘examining’ the evidence.
And this was during the time Britney was still insisting that she was a virgin and waiting for marriage.
According to those super sleuths over at Teenhollywood.com, the police arrested a gang of teenagers before they had the opportunity to post her non-virgin antics on the internet.
And on such small technicalities, the history of the world changes.
