I wouldn't suspect (though I'm surely not a medical professional) that it's a nerve thing. Like mentioned you'd probably have pain or no feeling, and would likely not be able to orgasm. It could aslo very possibly be a biochemical situation. Perhaps you really DID masturbate too much (I doubt you beat my high schore, but *shrug*)... all kidding aside, the side effects are due to certain chemicals, and the rush feeling is due to other biochemicals. If one or more are not being produced proportionally it could have something to do with it.
It could be an issue, but it could be something as simple as your diet changing, sleep patterns or stress. I wouldn't worry until you get results, that's for sure

Overall, I may have agreed with you and did agree with you for a while.
I used to experience some minor discomfort/pain when orgasming now its just nothing ..
Sensitivity wise ... below average I'de say but I still have feeling and can ejaculate with some effort ;/
However, 6 months on no orgasms must imply its something more then just a day by day chemical imbalance personally and thats why I'm concerned. Hehe, I mastrubate once a day, mainly because I never really have the desire to do more then that cause I don't like wasting an hour and a half of my day laying on my bed daydreaming or whatever :P
No harm in seeing a doctor anyway though, they go through this crap all day so maybe they can tell me something
BTW, Diet - flawless, sleep - 9 - 10 hours, Stress - Stress raises cortisol
(I'm a nutrition freak and follow bodybuilding routines/diets etc)
