If you're burning an Audio CD from the MP3s in Nero just make sure you select the option for CD-Text. Your file names are still going to change to Trackx.cda but if you place that CD in a CD-Text capable drive (like most new car decks) or a PC/Mac program that reads CD-Text data you'll see all your information. I doubt (not sure, but pretty sure) that you'll be able to retain the ID3 tag info or even the file names.
