I'm so sorry all this is happening. It's totally okay to cry.
For your brother's wedding- you should talk to him about how you feel. It might help you a bit.
About the cancerous lump- I'm in the same boat (well, sorta) with you. My mum just had a breast surgery, and is now about to start chemo and radiation. Very scary, but just give her lots of support and love.
About the boyfriend- I'm SO sorry. I wish you luck, and I'm sure things will work out. They always have a way of doing that.
