man, these must be some crazy protesters you guys know =P
although I see the provision in the letter extreme, I think that
because of the number of people that will be concentrated in that single area it is necessary.
I don't see anything in the letter that indicates that there's any real danger to anyone, other than there being ALOT of people in one place at one time.
I don't know about on the east coast, but all the protests I've witnessed are generally peaceful.. even the WTO protests were peaceful until the Seattle PD started infringing on people's rights and physically mauling random people.
All that aside... isn't it the republican war mongers we need to be worried about creating more violence?
I don't think a bunch of peace loving hippies would want to take that away from them ... j/k
