I used WineX to play Warcraft 3, Alice and HL. While it's not 100% of what you would get from a Windoze machine some games play great. Most problems have to do with menus, Alt-tabbing and sound. Pay for the subcription, it's well worth the $5 ( I think ) a month for the added support and latest builds.
