While I am queen of the gadget.... the simplest thing to do
Dixie Cups, with some plastic wrap over the top, and stick in a craft stick -- freeze until firm...
This months Real Simple magazine had an article on making popsicles and had some interesting suggestions, but alas I can't remember any of them -- when I'm home over the weekend, I'll try to remember to list them.
You can do smoothies on a stick - take some bananas, strawberries, yogurt -- blend - -then freeze - or whatever combination you choose.
