I have two young kids who are very social so our house is always full of neighborhood kids who love to eat freezies and popsicles. Up untill now we always buy them, but I wouldnt mind making some from juice or koolaid or something.

But How do I make them so they aren't just an ice-cube on a stick?

So does anyone have any home-made popsicle recipes or even frozen yogurt on a stick recipes or anything that can be like that which isnt just a piece of flavoured ice, but has the softer texture?
