If you attached a drill for the "turbo" it would then be closer to a "Supercharger". One of the big problems there is regulating the speed of the drill to the motor. I have also never seen a turbocharged or supercharged two stroke. I think this may be the stoper for you. Two stroke motors are very finicky on exhaust and intake pressures. I do know that if you start messing with the exhaust on a two stroke bike you can really mess it up. Don't give up. People with difficult or impossible dreams are the sparks to great inventions.
