remember the supporters of this bill have no contact with reality at all. These are the same fools who still believe you can control criminals by passing laws. By defination criminals don't care about laws. They are the same types who thought if we asked Saddam to play nice he would and we could all sit around the campfire and sing Koom BY-ah.
