I was listening to Bob and Tom the other day and they had Drew Curtis on and they were talking about this exact same thing. Drew said he thinks that we no longer really have any real news. The headlines just get passed around between all the syndicates and news stations and nobody actually seems to have a real story. Not to mention that nobody is doing any fact checking, which is what Drew mentioned is happening with some stations pulling stories from Fark.com since they don't regulate their stories and intentionally slip in stupid fake stories.
