In my opinion there are three top manufacturers: Eizo, Iiyama and Sony. But, there are major quality differences between top and low-end models from each one. You are probably looking for the best price/quality monitor.
My advice is to seek out some models for the price you are willing to spend on it and search the internet for reviews
