I have to put my two cents in here as well. While I'll not knock the gamo rifles as I don't own nor have I shot or researched them, I have found their handguns to be very poor for the price. But then, most handguns in the $80-150 price range aren't all that impressive anyway.
I do have a $40 Powerline 880 with a BSA red dot sight that is deadly accurate. So, I imagine the $100+ Gamo will be every bit as accurate. I really like the red dot sight as it did add plenty in the way of accuracy to the air rifle I have.
I guess what I'm trying to say is do some research, put your hands on a few and have fun... Oh yeah, kill some birds, too. ;-)
