She's moving away no matter what.
The question is, do you feel as though it is absolutely imperative that you unburden your soul on her about this? How would you feel if someone told you something similar right before you were to go away? It's a bad bit of guilt you'd be placing on her... and if her feelings are somewhat mutual, there will also be a lot of pain.
Make a good choice, and don't look back. Us romantics have to live in the immediate and the future... living in the past (over sad things) will kill us.
