God - His purpose for us?
If you "truly" believe in God, then I think that it should change the way you live your life.
One of the first things we should do is find out as much as we can about God, what He wants with us, what He expects of us, why He created us, etc.
If God exists, then that means He created us. If He created us, He must have had a reason for doing so...we have a purpose and life has meaning. What is that purpose?
