I actually experience the same thing. It's so weird. Usually I have the type of dream where the house I'm in is falling down around me or something of that nature. I've jumped off the bed many times into a cornor or something because I'm getting away from the explosion or something. Once I jumped out of a 2nd floor window! Evidently I stood up in bed and DOVE off it through a screen window flipped in the air and landed on my back. I didn't wake up until the paramedics arrived. They were sure I was on LSD or something. It was unbelievably scary waking up on the front lawn in my underwear with people all around me and not knowing what happened. Needless to say I have to put a lot of thought into sleeping arrangements now. I won't sleep next to a window now and will never leave it wide open if I'm on or above the second floor. Really scary stuff. I have never been to a sleep specialist regarding this but I know I should. Good Luck my friend!
