sore elbow
I've been playing frisbee virtually non-stop during work breaks and at night for the last week or so. My elbow really hurts now, especially when I straighten it all the way out. It isn't swollen so it's not tennis elbow, it's just overly-sensitive and weak now that I've overworked it. The pain is all in the joint and it feels like it's associated with the looseness I'm feeling, as if the lower half of my arm will just pop right off if I throw the frisbee with this arm. I'm not quite sure what to do with it besides give it a rest.
Should I ice it or heat it?
Should I limit its movement or keep moving it to keep it from getting stiff?
Should I wrap it with Ace bandage?
