Eggs are perfectly okay.
There's always studies that show the negative side, then there's those that counter the negative studies and show positive sides.
If you eat 6 whole eggs a day, you should be fine. It's a bit on the fatty side, but if you workout regularly and eat carbs that are primarily low on the glycemic index, you'll be fine.
Even if you don't work out.. I personally wouldn't worry about it. Just keep your protein, carb, fat ratios reasonable. Try to throw in something with good fats (salmon) once in a while. HDL (good cholesterol) found in good fats will lower the bad cholesterol (LDL) in your body.
