No masturbation
I decided to test myself. I made a promise that I would not masturbate for 30 days...or until I see my girlfriend again, whichever comes first (she lives out of town currently). I'm at the end of day 4...and it's been so hard. (no pun intended) Last couple days I've been wanting to just explode, there is so much of something building up that it feels like I'm gonna just pop. Maybe I"m over reacting...I've gone this long w/o doing it before, but usually just cuz I didn't have time to.
Anyone else try this before? I can't tell you exactly why I wanted to, I guess for a lesson in self discipline, and self denial. Also, there is a point when desensitization happens.
