Speaking from a techsupport point of view, cpanel has the nicest integration into linux. The scripts are the best when trying to troubleshoot something. Windows is for playing games, not for doing actual work like serving web pages. A good example of this is environment variables, which as far as i'm aware require you to restart the <i>entire</i> machine to take effect. I hate troubleshooting a problem on one of those things. Give me a sendmail log anyday. Plesk isn't too bad, though I think at times it's a far bit too simplistic. Most plans you'll find using plesk are pretty much bare bones. CPanel you'll find more often on plans allowing some amount of power.
