6 eggs in a day is a bit excessive but overall, Cholestrol in foods isn't bad for you due to many reasons, the major reason is cholestrol in foods doesn't = cholestrol in the body that kills
Now, that doesn't mean go eat 500% of your DV of cholestrol but trans/saturated fats should be more of a concern.
Pretty much, cholestrol is mostly used by the body to create hormones moreso then it is used to clog arteries like most are led to beleive, and also your body naturally creates cholestrol on its own, if an excessive amount of cholestrol is consumed the body stops its own production and just uses the ingested cholestrol for all body functions.
So in the end, eat a egg yolk or two however, don't eat a ton of yolks because to much cholestrol can be a problem (oh ya btw, its 170% of your DV of cholestrol per egg not 70% unless you have real small eggs)
