Cholesterol in egg yolks
okay....i was reading mens health and it had a page on eggs.....
on this page is basically told u if you buy anything other than normal acme brand...the yolks on you....very funny huh.....
said that the cholesterol in a yolk was nothing to avoid.....
yet i finnaly noticed a nutrional info tab on an egg carton and saw its 70% of all the cholestrol u supposed to have in 1 day......thats in a single egg.......
so how can it not be a concern if you egg 6 eggs a day
just wondering
