(2) sprained ankles in highschool - I did a lot of physical therapy and streatches to ensure it wouldn't happen again. You know what? It hasn't. I have strong flxible ankles. rooty toot.
Various concussions and neck/back injuries from martial arts and skiing - I do physical therapy every morning, and stretch most nights to keep the neck stable, the back flexible and to manage the pain.
Betcha didn't know I am in pain 100% of the time, didja?
