need a good summer workout plan
well seems the gym near me has closed down, so now i cant do any weights, so ima just focus on getting ripped and cut on the abdominal area...
anyone got any tips? whats good for eating, how many times a week i should workout etc
i got some tips from a friend, he said cardio is best to get abs, run for 30 minutes, and do pushups and crunches every day
any other advice will help thx
