need a good summer workout plan

well seems the gym near me has closed down, so now i cant do any weights, so ima just focus on getting ripped and cut on the abdominal area...

anyone got any tips? whats good for eating, how many times a week i should workout etc


i got some tips from a friend, he said cardio is best to get abs, run for 30 minutes, and do pushups and crunches every day

any other advice will help thx

nutrition is key. without the proper protein, carbs, and fat percentages in your daily intake all the hard work you do is useless.

HIIT is a very efficient way to burn fat. that would be the first thing i would recommend reading up on. second you need to train your abs just like any other muscle. for me i train them 2 times a week with weighted crunches and leg lifts.
