Meh, get a lock and just tell them to go away.
I don't have a lock, my family always comes in without knocking even, or they knock then open the door without waiting for a reply.
You just learn to live with it, don't let it spoil your fun.
Trust me, it's worse when your girlfriend's mother rings while you're going at it.
