Neverwinter,KoTOR,and Morrowind are all fairly good to sink your time into.
Morrowind esp if you enjoy maxing a character out in every way possible.
You can download extra plug-ins for NWN,player made etc..(and the two expansions)
KoTOR was excellent.
Also may want to go buy the Baldur's Gate II and Throne of Baal bundle pack.A friend and I spent a straight month playing BG II.(Good times)
