I'm already in good athletic condition. I'm 6'3 and about 197 pounds. I'm pretty toned all over. My stomach is toned and flat but I just don't have the pack
Any other stats you'd like to know? Um, I'm running 2+ miles every other day, weightlifting M-W-F (do you wanna know weightlifting stats?)
