replace "Assistant Network Administrator" with "Systems Engineer". At least the description after that has nothing to do with actual networks.
And I might want to play down a little bit the "Network Topology, TCP/IP and VPN" part if you have never actually managed IGP and EGP side and never designed a real network on large scale. Also knowing RFC 791 by heart is a good starting point.
...I don't know about your country but if I was hiring I would ignore the certificate part.
