win2k, IE6, google toolbar here as well, and it does indeed open up IE's search function, with tripod as the search. when I clicked the IE search button, it went away, then when I clicked it again, it came up with google as the search (which is default for me). Scripting on that page must be opening IE's search function, but interesting that it doesn't seem to be doing that for the XP users.
