You really can't get bigger wrists (as far as I know) because the wrists are mostly made of bones and few muscles.
For the most part the size of your wrist is genetic and most of the time indicates your body size (your wrists are scaled to your entire body hense the reason people are asked to take wrist measurments to find their body size)
Overall, you can do wrist curls to build stronger wrists (also wrist curls target the forearms alot more then wrists in alot of cases anyway) but don't expect size gains on your wrist unless your still growing.
