A daihatsu in Australia used a really small IHI turbo. It was a three cylinder econo-box. Start scouring google and ebay and it should turn some stuff up.
Also, there is a turbocharged barstool out there, Im pretty sure it uses a tiny turbo. That would be a good place to look.
