Depends on the girl.
I know they all like the flowers and jewelery, but I like something a little more personal for such a big occasion.
Try this:
Go to dinner someplace nice, buy her flowers. After the dinner, go to some place (outside would be nice if it's comfortable) with good lighting. Present her with a scrapbook full of things you guys have done over the first months (like pictures, letteres you've written to eachother, movie stubs, etc.). Make sure it's a big scrapbook with alot of empty pages in the back. Tell her these are for the years to come.
