Is this more a hobby or a business?
I'd recommend reading a book about starting a business - one of the Dummies guides will probably be good enough.
If you're truly committed to the business, develop a business plan and set your goals.
Identifying your services and prices is easy - look at what your competition is doing. Of greatest importance is what differentiates you from the competition? Thirty minutes closer is an advantage, but not a point of differentiation.
You should also consider if the time you'll be spending makes sense for the money you'll be earning. There's nothing more dissatisfying than disliking your computer hobby because it's now your job.
